Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS)
Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is a technology designed to capture carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from power plants and industrial sources, then safely store it in geological formations. In cooperation with technical supervisors and the workshop, we will draw the first solution concepts in the form of descriptions, sketches, or models to solve your challenge.
We proceed with GA drawings, which illustrate dimensions and functionality. Together we discuss, test, and optimize.
#2 Build
Now, let's build it!
Our in-house team of certified welders, fabricators, and engineers ensures that all steel fabrications meet design requirements, welding procedures, and industry specifications. We fabricate process tubing, assemble pumps and mechanical packages, and handle all wiring, instrumentation, and automation according to offshore standards. Every unit is tested and verified by our supervisors and engineers, with full documentation and traceability, before undergoing a complete Factory Acceptance Test at our in-house test facilities.

We'll take care of you.
For some projects, our presence will be needed to carry out assembly and commissioning, other times the customer takes care of this process with support from us.
